Envisionarys is an independent fashion project. Each piece is produced with intention and care. Please review all policies carefully before purchasing.
ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Wear and tear
- Improper care after delivery
1 OF 1 / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All 1 of 1, limited, and made-to-order items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of these pieces, all sales are final once the order is placed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement (if available)
- An exchange
- A refund (at our discretion)
Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
We do not offer exchanges for:
- 1 of 1 pieces
- Worn or washed items
- Items damaged due to improper care
If approved, exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SIZING & FIT
All measurements are provided to the best of our ability. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Envisionarys is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Once an order has shipped, it is out of our control.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.
Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Proper care is essential to maintaining your garment.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improper washing or drying
- Alterations made by the customer
- Normal wear over time
Care instructions are provided with each item and should be followed closely.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Envisionarys reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or future service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or repeated unreasonable requests.
