SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order and 1 of 1 items may require additional production time—details are provided on each product page.

Processing times do not include shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be redirected or modified once they have shipped.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs delays for international orders

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office, building management, or neighbors.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges will apply, and refunds will not be issued.
